Marketing Rocks 2014 Winner
Sri Lanka institute of marketing (SLIM) together with Althea International School organized a power packed interesting project designed to educate student about ‘Marketing’ and to stimulate and unleash the hidden talents of students.
It was a competition held in two stages. Many schools were invited and 50 schools participated the briefing session. Out of the 50 schools 48 schools participated the 1st round. Each school had to form a team of 10 members for the competition.
1st round : A case study for the team
Top ten schools were short listed from the 1st round.

It was remarkable since Regent International College came 1st even out of the top 10 schools.
2nd round : conduct a marketing campaign to promote sri Lanka as a valued tourism destination in year 2014.(Presentation)
Winner:- Regent International College – Gampaha.
1st Runner up: Ladies College – Colombo.
2nd Runner up: Museaus College – Colombo.
