A seminar for teachers of Regent International College was conducted by Dr. (Mrs) Goolbai Gunasekara, the Director of Asian International School - Colombo on 15th February 2011 at the college hall.

Mrs. Gunasekara, one of the Pioneer in the field of international Education in Sri Lanka spoke on the topic "Way of improving results at Edexcel examination". A very informative lecture, followed by discussion session was held and the teachers were able to get their problems on how to deal with parents and handling mischievous students etc clarified.

This seminar was the 3rd in a series of seminars under the staff development programme of the college this term. Earlier in the term two seminars on the topics "Classroom Management" and "Testing & Evaluation" were conducted by the Vice Principal Mrs. Charitha Athapattu and the Principal Mr. Nissanka Marapana respectively
