The Annual Athletic Meet  of Regent International College was held on 15^th October 2010 at Sri Bodhi Grounds – Gampaha. Mr. Duleep Mendis, former Captain of Sri Lanka Test Cricket team and the C. E. O. of Sri Lanka Cricket graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.

The Opening Ceremony of the Meet started with the athletes marching into the Grounds amidst the cheers of teachers, parents and other students. After taking the Athletes’oath read by the Games Captain of the College Naveen Andaramana, athletes representing four different Houses; Ghandhi, Einstein, Lincoln and Churchill competed in the finals of track events and established several new college records. Lincoln House won the overall Championship while the Runners up Trophy was won by the Einstein House.

The colourful Drill Display presented by the girls of Primary and Middle Sections, the Gymnastic Display of the College Gymnastic troupe and the Band Display presented by the College Senior Western Band   added colour and splendor to the Meet and were admired by everyone present. At the closing Ceremony, students representing four houses, the Prefects and the Scouts marched behind their respective flags carried by the Head prefect, and the House captains saluting the Chief Guest Mr. Duleep Mendis and the Principal of the college.
